• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Mar until Sun 28 Jun 2026, 7 days 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 4 - 19 Apr 2026. 
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 12 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once booked, voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Children are classed as ages 1-15. Adults are classed as ages 16+. Infants go free; arrange directly.
• Includes a bag of feed per person.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
