Hotel room was lovely and had a fantastic dinner. The voucher said £15 for dogs and I also got an email from the hotel once booked to say it would be £15 but in fact it was £20? So it contradicted the terms and conditions at the time the voucher was purchased - although I explained I had confirmation from hotel and also the t&c’s from the voucher the staff still never honoured this. We paid £20 and no idea what for as we never even had a dog bed or bowl or anything for the dog in the room - other hotels that are dog friendly do make effort with being dog friendly so this is something I’d feedback. Not sure what the £20 was for - I assume all bedrooms have the same thorough clean so I can’t see it being cleaning costs. The water bowl and I think it must of been a treat jar at reception were empty both times we went to get some, so it clearly was not monitored.
