Small print

  • Voucher is valid until 31st Mar 2012, Mon-Sat 9.30am-5pm, Sun 10am-5pm (excludes 25th, 26th Dec & 1st Jan); subject to availability.
  • Tours commence at 11.15am & 2.15pm.
  • Children under 5 years old are not allowed in the distillery. Children 5 years to under 18 years old are welcome but cannot take part in nosing or tasting.
  • You will receive 10% off any whisky purchases made in the shop on the day.
  • One voucher per person/couple; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
  • Minimum 48 hour advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your tour.
  • Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
  • Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
