Getting you ‘in the mood’ for the weekend, National Dance Company Wales are making their Traverse debut with two beautiful and contrasting pieces; Lunatic choreographed by Nigel Charnock and Veil of Stars, by Andonis Foniadakis.
Lunatic will whisk you back in time to the fabulously glamourous era of the 40s and 50s with a soundtrack celebrating Glenn Miller, Billie Holliday, Johnnie Ray and Underworld,
You’ll then be shot forward to the fantastic, space-age feel of Veil of Stars, complete with glam-rock costumes, set to an original score by Julien Tarride. Sound like the kind of time-travel you like? Then get yourself along to the Traverse on Saturday evening!
This event is part of the Traverse Theatre Autumn Festival, running until Sunday 29 November.
