Access in & out of the Lady of the Lake was awkward for a few passengers. The commentary was begun in Gaelic - totally unnecessary given how few Scots & tourists have any knowledge. Some of the commentary, which covered almost the whole sail, was a bit trivial.
All members of staff we encountered - in the office, on the boat & in the café were efficient, pleasant, polite & welcoming.

4 of us went for the cruise and afternoon tea. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend. If you ever need to unwind, please take a trip on one of the boats. You come off with a feeling of wellbeing. The staff on board the boat and in the cafe cannot do enough for you. The afternoon tea was amazing. What else can I say, BOOK

Really enjoyed the trip and the afternoon tea.
Staff were great. The only issue was being able to view code and pin code as WiFi was poor.
Advised these were essential prior to boarding.
This caused a degree of anxiety.

The tour on the boat very comfortable with blankets available to those who wanted them. The captains chat was most informative and enjoyable. The tearoom was very pleasant and our afternoon tea delicious.

We were a party of 7 and we all enjoyed our boat trip on loch Katrine. The ladies in the ticket booth were lovely and so friendly. The guys on the boat were very knowledgeable and entertaining. The Lunch kinda let it down a wee bit. We didnt get to choose our sandwich fillings, which meant there was a lot of stuff that no one wanted and not much of what some of us liked. However, it was a good day out spent with family.

We really enjoyed our trip on the boat. The captain told us so many interesting facts and stories. The fact we got to see the ospreys just topped the trip off.
The lunch after the boat trip was very nice and served by friendly and helpful staff.

The cruise went well but had to pay for parking , £4 for 4 hours at the parking ticket machine , then when I checked in at the ticket booth I was told by the staff that the parking fee was included in my itison ticket but this was not mentioned in the what to expect summary ? They were unable to refund me the fee Which was disappointing

The experience was good apart from one costly part. When we entered the car park we noticed that it said we would have to pay and display. As we had 2 cars with us we paid for 2 tickets at a cost of £8 for 4 hours. Imagine our horror when we went to register for the cruise only to be told that the car parking was part of the cruise and was included on our programme . Having checked the said leaflet we confronted the cashier and pointed out the fact that at no. Point in the leaflet did it mention this. We were then told that they could not refund the money from the machine. A total disgrace and it should be made clear to people it is included in the price.
