• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sep 2019 until Sun 22 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £30 per room is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin classic rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: deluxe room £20 or deluxe garden room £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability.

Includes breakfast each morning; vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

• Children up to 12 years are permitted. Room upgrade to a deluxe room (supplementary charge of £20 per room per night) or garden room (supplementary charge of £30 per room per night) required to accommodate children; payable directly to hotel. Deluxe room can accommodate 1 child, deluxe garden room can accommodate up to 2 children.
• Pets are permitted for a supplementary charge £15 per night for one pet and £25 per night for two pets; rooms must be upgraded to a deluxe Garden room at a supplement of £30 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss requirements directly with the hotel.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
