• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 May 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Pheasant Lodge excludes 14 – 17 Feb 2019.
• Stag Lodge excludes 22 Dec 2018 – 2 Jan 2019 and 14 - 17 Feb 2019.
• Please note limited availability on Saturdays and Sundays; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• A security deposit is required for each lodge: Pheasant Lodge £150 and Stag Lodge £250; payable directly to Cowans Law.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Includes linen / towels.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am; please discuss late check-out directly with Cowans Law.
• Pheasant Lodge includes 2 bedrooms: 1 twin and 1 king.
• Stag Lodge includes 4 bedrooms: 3 x king and 1 double.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Cowans Law.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount unless young enough to stay in a travel cot, travel cots available on request; subject to availability.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog. 1 dog permitted in the Pheasant lodge and 2 in the Stag lodge; please discuss with and pay directly to Cowans Law.
• Includes 20% off a choice of activities from clay shooting, fly fishing, air rifle, target archery if booked at time of booking; please discuss directly with Cowans Law.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
