• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 19 – 21 Jan and 10 – 12 Feb 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 16 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.  
• Double or twin standard room available; Glen, Bachelor and East rooms.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes 5 course tasting menu; vegetarian and gluten free options are available; please advise at time of booking.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted; children ages 18months and under (in a cot) stay free, ages 18months  - 11 years old require a supplementary charge of £55 per night including high tea and breakfast, ages 12 and over are £120 per night including dinner and breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 child.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 dog in South, Pond and Churchill rooms only; please discuss directly with hotel.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
