• Voucher is valid until 30th Dec 2015, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 5th, 7th, 11th Sep, 16-17th Oct, 24th-26th, 31st Dec.
• Reservations must be made by 27th Nov or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Check in 2pm, check out 12pm
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Double/twin rooms available, please discuss when booking.
• Members can upgrade their rooms for the following supplement, subject to availability and payable directly to the hotel:  Privilege Room (£25pn), Feature Double Room (£70pn), Feature Suite (£150pn).
• Max 1 child under 12 permitted free of charge including breakfast. Over 12's are classed as adults.
• Max 2 pets permitted at a cost of £10 per pet, per night.
• Bottle of wine is a choice of house white/red and must be enjoyed in room. Please specify red or white when booking.
• 20% discount on spa treatments only applies when booked in advance. Excludes Saturdays.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
