• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2024 until Sun 31 Mar 2024, 7 days, 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• A supplementary charge of £10pp applies for Sat - Sun bookings; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or Email bookings only. You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers and those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Includes a choice of 1 or 2 x 30 minute ishga treatments each choosing from a body massage, express facial or salt & oil scrub.
• Consultation and aftercare advice are included in the treatment time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to guarantee that your treatment begins on time and to allow you to update your wellness questionnaire.
• Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins per treatment and cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
