• Option 1 voucher is valid from Sun 3 Sept 2017 until Mon 18 Dec 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• 2017 exclusions:
  Sep: 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 23, 27, 30
  Oct: 1, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 18, 20, 22, 25, 27
  Nov: 5, 10, 18, 25, 26
  Dec: 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16 
• Option 2 and 3 voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2018 until Sun 1 Apr 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• 2018 exclusions:
  Feb 2, 9, 14, 15, 16, 23
  Mar 9, 11, 14, 16, 23, 24, 30, 31 
• A supplementary charge of £20 per person per night is required for Friday and Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Please note limited weekend availability; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Option 1 voucher must be booked by Fri 24 Nov 2017 and option 2 and 3 must be booked by Fri 2 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Please note voucher cannot be used by wedding guests staying at the hotel.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £30 per person; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner option is 3 courses each with coffee; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Children’s menu available for a supplementary charge; payable directly to hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; children under 4 stay free, children ages 5 – 12 years require a supplementary charge of £20 B&B, all meals are charged as taken; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 children. Please advise hotel of any childcare required.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Pets permitted in rooms only, not permitted in public areas.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
