• Voucher is valid from 16th March until 28th May 2015, Sun-Thurs; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 3rd May 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Voucher excludes 22nd, 29th March, 26th April, 3rd & 24th May 2015. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Pets permitted; additional £20 per pet, per night (not permitted in public areas) please discuss with Balbirnie House Hotel. Max of 2 pets. 
• Children permitted; aged 5-12 years old are additional £20 B&B. Under 4 years old are free of charge, meals charged as taken. Babysitters may also be available. Please discuss with Balbirnie House Hotel at time of booking. Max of 2 children. 
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am. 
• Free onsite parking. 
• Standard double or twin room available. Members can upgrade to a deluxe room for additional £30 per person, per night. Please discuss with Balbirnie House Hotel at time of booking. 
• Sorry, multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive night stays however stays may be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with Balbirnie House Hotel at time of booking. 
• Please note: vouchers cannot be used by wedding guests staying at the hotel. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
