• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Aug 2022 until Mon 31 Oct 2022, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 27-28 Aug 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Standard or classic double room available.
• Classic rooms can be upgraded to a prestige room for a supplementary charge of £40 per room per night; payable directly.
• Standard rooms can be upgraded to a prestige room for a supplementary charge of £60 per room per night; payable directly.
• Includes 4 courses from the table d'hote menu; subject to change. Dinner is on the first night. Supplements will be clearly stated on the menu.
• Vegetarian, vegan. dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Includes tea and scones on arrival.
• Max of 2 children permitted for a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night, subject to availability upon request at booking. Pull out beds can be supplied on request.
• One dog permitted free of charge. Max 2 dogs can be accommodated on most rooms. 2nd dog is charged at £15 per night.
• Wheelchair access available. Limited accessible rooms available, please check with the hotel for availability.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
