Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 26 Jan, 14 – 16 Feb and 2 – 5 Mar 2019.
• A supplementary charge is required per night for the following: Friday £10 and Saturday £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, late check-out 12 noon. 
• Option 1: standard double or twin room.
• Option 2: golf view double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family room £30 or junior suite £60; payable directly to hotel.
• Please note when booking a Sunday or Thursday night, you will receive a complimentary upgrade to the next room level or a bottle of wine if upgrade not available; please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes access to leisure facilities: large heated swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam room and for the more energetic a fully equipped gymnasium.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 children permitted; under 5’s stay and dine for free when sharing with adults. Ages 5 – 11 stay free and meals are payable as taken, breakfast can be included for £5.50 per child, one additional child can be accommodated in an extra bed / cot. Upgrade to a family room to accommodate 2 adult and 2 children inc breakfast; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
