• Voucher is valid until Thur 22 Dec 2016, Oct – Nov: 7 days and Dec: Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25, 28-29 Oct and Fri and Sat in Dec 2016.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Nov 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 10am on the day prior to your arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights, subject to availability; max of 4 nights.
• Check in 3pm, late check out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded per room per night for a supplementary charge: double river view room £15, executive room £30 and suite £80; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner is 3 courses from the TDH menu in the restaurant or £20 per person allowance towards dinner in MacNabs bar and bistro.
• Parking nearby at a surcharge.
• Children permitted. Max 1 child 16 years and under. Family room upgrade required for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night. Meals payable as taken.
• Limited wheelchair access; there is a lift to each floor however each floor does have steps, please request a room near lift for wheelchair access.
• Sorry, no pets permitted; guide and assistance dogs only.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
