Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Apr 2018 until Thur 31 May 2018, 7 days, 1pm – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 21 May 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Afternoon tea can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £6 per person to include a gin and tonic plus a gin cocktail or gentleman's afternoon tea with a craft beer and a whisky each; payable directly to hotel, please discuss directly when booking. 
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
