• Voucher is valid until 31st Jan 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 17th Jan 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• £20 supplement for Fri night stays & £35 supplement for Sat night stays, please discuss and pay directly to Merchiston Residence. 
• Saturday night stays require a 2 night minimum stay.  Please discuss directly with Merchiston Residence.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Children permitted; no supplementary charge, included in the total headcount of the apartment. 
• Gas/electricity is included in the price.
• Linens/towels are included in the price.
• Check in 2pm, late check out 12noon. 
• Sorry, no car parking available.
• Sorry, pets are not permitted. 
• Standard one bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 people and consists of a double room and sofa bed.
• Suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
• Members may also be able to upgrade to a larger apartment for an additional £35 per night, please discuss with Merchiston Residence at time of booking.
• Multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays and stays may also be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with Merchiston Residence at time of booking. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
