• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 May 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, Mon -Thu; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri- Sun.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a four poster or junior residential suite.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes a 2 course dinner from the market menu served in the VISTA restaurant. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian,, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. A supplementary charge is required for the following: 80z rib of beef £8 and 8oz charred bavette £5; payable direct. Max of 6 people per table.
• Includes leisure access; must be pre-booked. Facilities are available from 3pm on the day of check-in until 11am on the day of check-out If you wish to use the facilities out with these times, a supplement of £10 per person per day will apply, payable directly to the hotel.
• Imperia spa will be open for treatments only. Some treatments may be adapted as per government guidelines and advice.
• Leisure facilities will be open subject to Government guidelines.
• Max of 2 children ages 12 and under permitted and accommodated in a z bed for a supplementary charge of £15 per night inc breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted for a supplementary charge of £20 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
