• Option 1 (Sun – Thur) voucher is valid from Thur 1 Nov 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sun – Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays & Saturdays and 24 Dec – 2, 4, 5 Jan 2019.
• Option 2 (Fri – Sat) voucher is valid from Fri 2 Nov 2018 until Sat 30 Mar 2019, Fri & Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays – Thursdays and 1, 24 Dec 2018 – 2, 4, 5 Jan 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 1pm.
• Four poster or junior residential suite.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes chocolate dipped strawberries in room on arrival.
• Includes a 3 course dinner with canapes served in the VISTA restaurant; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Dinner can be upgraded to include a bottle of Prosecco for a supplementary charge of £20 per bottle; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 children ages 12 and under permitted and accommodated in a z bed for a supplementary charge of £15 per night inc breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
