• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Options 2 & 3 include a 2 course dinner. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes bottle of fizz in room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children aged 4yrs and under are free of charge, ages 5-12yrs require a supplementary charge of £15; payable directly to hotel. Dinner is not included.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
