• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Sun 7 Apr 2019 until Sun 12 May 2019, Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays - Saturdays.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Apr 2019 until Fri 10 May 2019; Mon - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays & Sundays and 18-19 Apr 2019.
• Option 3: Voucher is valid from Sat 6 Apr 2019 until Sat 11 May 2019; Sat only; subject to availability. Excludes Sundays - Fridays and 20 Apr 2019.
• Option 4: Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Apr 2019 until Sun 12 May 2019; 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 18-20 Apr 2019. A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm (usually 11am).
• Double or twin classic room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive - £20, apartment - £45; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner each from set menu; subject to change. Option 4, dinner is on the first night only.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Includes a bottle of house wine on arrival; please advise preference of red or white when booking.
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children under 12 years are permitted; first child stays free of charge, second child £30 per night supplement inc breakfast when sharing with adults; payable directly to hotel. 
• Max of 1 small dog is permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
