• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Oct and 25, 31 Dec 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 28 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm prior to your arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per member. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• King or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3 include a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main course each from set menu; menu is subject to change. Option 3, dinner is on the first night only.
• Includes a bottle of wine in room on arrival; please advise red or white wine when booking.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 3 children permitted; children are classed as age 12 and under.
• Family rooms are available for a supplementary charge per room per night; family 3 room (1 x double 1 x single) £15, family 4 room (2 x doubles) £20 or family 5 room (2 x doubles 1 x single) £25; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
