Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Aug 2019 until Fri 22 Nov 2019; Mon – Fri 12noon – 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and Sundays and 26 - 27 Sept 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Options 1 and 2 max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Option 3 max of 1 voucher per table.
• Option 1: Classic cream tea.
• Options 2 and 3: Afternoon tea.
• Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes tea and a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1.5 hours.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
