• Voucher is valid from Thu 20 May 2021 until Fri 15 Oct 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes 14, 18, 22, 29 Jun, 9-12 Sep and 7-9 Oct 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 15 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Stay in a standard king double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of house red/white wine in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes breakfast. Option to upgrade to a sparkling breakfast including a bottle of fizz with breakfast in bed for a supplementary charge of £10; please discuss and pay direct.
• Max of 1 baby permitted when sleeping in a cot. Additional beds cannot be provided.
• No pets permitted. Guide dogs only.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
