• Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jan 2022 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, Sun - Thu only; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Fri -Sat, 9, 13, 20, 24, 26-27 & 30 Jan, 13-14, 17, 20, 24, & 27 Feb 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Sunday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Executive or classic double or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: garden suite £30, lowes / creoch suite £50, cygnet suite £100; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner (starter & main) from a set menu; subject to change. Dishes from the a la carte menu are available for a supplementary charge; payable direct. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available on request. Tables may be required back after 2 hours.
• Children permitted. Those aged 3-14 years old require a supplementary charge of £25 including dinner and breakfast; payable directly to hotel. The max number of children permitted will be determined by room size; please discuss directly.
• No pets permitted.
• Advance booking required. 
• Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel at time of booking if an adapted room is required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
