• 3 weekend night break: is valid from 9th Oct 2015 - 1st Feb 2016, Fri-Mon; subject to availability.
• 4 night midweek break: is valid from 12th Oct 2015 - 29th Jan 2016, Mon-Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20th Dec 2015 – 2nd Jan 2016.
• Reservations must be made by 4th Jan 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple purchases permitted, and may be used for consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Unlimited golf is available to all guests including on the day of arrival and departure. 
• Buggy hire is available for £22 for a round or £35 for the day. Trolley hire £3 per round. Please arrange with New Woll Estate directly.
• Lodge options: The Tower, The North Barn and The South Barn – semi-detached two double/twin ensuite bedrooms lodges sleeping up to four people. The East or West Granary – semi-detached two double/twin ensuite bedrooms lodges sleeping up to four people, both lodges include a sauna. New Woll House – Detached three double/twin en-suite bedrooms lodge which sleeps up to six people
• Check in 4pm – Check out 10am. Members are free to use the full golfing facilities on day of arrival and departure.
• Free car parking.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at £20 per pet - must arrange when booking. Dogs can be walked anywhere over the Estate and surrounding land but not on permitted on the golf course.
• Children 15 and under are included in the total headcount for lodge.
• Cots are available for infants in the Granary, Barns, Tower and New Woll House lodges; subject to availability - please discuss directly with New Woll Estate.
• There are no creche facilities, however the clubhouse/restaurant is child friendly and New Woll Estate has baby changing facilities.
• Stays cannot be extended for an additional charge.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 2 weeks of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
