• Option 1 voucher is valid from Sun 23 Oct 2016 until Mon 30 Jan 2017, Sun & Mon only; subject to availability.
• Option 2 voucher is valid until Tue 31 Jan 2017, 7 days; subject to availability. Please note limited weekend availability.
• Excludes 24 – 25, 31 Dec  2016 and 1 Jan 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 19 Dec 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Please note that for online bookings, card details are required to be entered, however will not be charged unless an upgraded room type is chosen. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am; guests can arrive earlier and deposit bags and there is also a night porter if people wish to check in later.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room: Executive double £20, Mini suite £40 or Georgian suite £60; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Champagne in room.
• Option 2 includes 5 Course tasting menu; subject to change. Members may choose to switch to 3 course A la carte menu as an alternative, or may order items from a la carte menu for the item cost if preferred.
• Charged on street parking available.
• Children permitted and must be included in the overall headcount; max of 1 child. Max of 1 adult and 1 child per room.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
