• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct until Fri 23 Dec 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Dec 2016 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12pm.
• Classic double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive twin room for £30pn; payable directly to the hotel. Please discuss at time of booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss with hotel directly.
• Includes a £30pp allowance towards dinner in The Grill Room. Two-night stay includes dinner on the first night only.

• Children permitted (max 2); under 2's stay free, ages 2-12 will require an upgrade to a family room for a supplement of £30pn, accommodating up to 2 adults and 2 children; breakfast is included, dinner is charged as taken. Ages 12+ are classed as adults. Please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• Small pets permitted (max 2) for a supplement of £15 per pet; except guide dogs which are free of charge.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
