• Options 1 & 2: Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Thur 23 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Option 3: Voucher is valid from Fri 24 Jul 2020 until Thur 23 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 31 Jan 2021.
• A supplementary charge per room per night is required for the following: Mon - Thur stays in Apr - May - £20 and Fri & Sat stays in Apr - May - £30 and Jul - Aug stays - £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Classic double or twin available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1: Room only.
• Option 2: Includes breakfast.
• Option 3: Includes 3 course meal from market menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options available; please discuss at time of booking.
• 1 child under 12 permitted free of charge. More than one child required a £20prpn supplement to upgrade to a family room; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted; guide dogs only.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
