• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, valid 7 days. Treatments 10am - 6pm, spa open - 6.30am - 9.30pm and cream tea - 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Friday - Sunday visits; payable directly to spa at time of booking.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can booked and receive treatment at the same time; max of 8 per group; subject to availability. Please discuss with spa when booking.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes 2 treatments each choosing from the following: file & polish hands or feet, superfood pro radiance facial, freestyle deep tissue massage or best foot forward. Each treatment takes approx. 25 mins.
• Includes access to the leisure facilities for up to 4 hrs, robe and slippers.
• Cream tea includes freshly baked scones with Devonshire clotted cream, strawberry preserve and cake. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. No gluten / wheat free options available. Please discuss any dietary requirements directly with hotel.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
