• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Jul 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 21 - 23 Jun 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.
• Please note: Saturday availability is limited.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Jul 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable once confirmed with Macdonald Inchyra Hotel & Spa.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Valid for an executive family room.
• Please note it is advised to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
• Max of 2 children; 12 years and under permitted. Children ages 13+ are classed as adults.
• Dinner is 2 courses from the market menu or £15 dinner allowance per person from the a la carte menu.
• Children will choose from a separate children's menu.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Free onsite parking.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• Includes 1 x family ticket to the Kelpies. Tickets can be used on either day of your stay and will be available from reception at check in – no prior arrangements are required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
