• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Dec 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required per room per night for Fridays; payable directly to hotel.
• Excludes Saturdays and the following;
• Overnight stay with wine excludes Dec: 6 - 7, 11, 14, 18 - 21, 28 – 31, Jan: 1, 12, 19, 25, Feb: 3, 8, 14 – 16, Mar: 8
• In addition, Overnight stay with dinner also excludes Dec: 25 and Jan: 26 
  Please note Sat 5 Jan 2018 is available for a supplementary charge of £40 per room for this option only; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Non-refundable and non-transferable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel at check-in.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a 2 courses from the Prix Fixe menu choosing a starter and main or main and dessert each or £19.95 allowance per person towards the a la carte menu; please note dinner is not available in restaurant on 25 Dec 2018. Menu is subject to change. Please note dinner to be taken at or prior to 7.30pm on Friday and Saturday nights; menu is subject to change.

• Option 1 includes a bottle of red or white wine to share on arrival; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Extra beds can be provided for children ages 3 – 14 years at a supplementary charge of £30 per bed and paying for all meals as taken; payable directly to hotel. • The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
