• Voucher is valid until 31st Mar 2016; subject to availability.
• Excludes: 13th, 14th, 15th Feb & 6th & 25th - 28th March 2016
• Spa day plus lunch vouchers are valid 7 days; a supplementary fee of £10 for Fri, Sat & Sun bookings for one person and £15 supplementary fee for two people
• Spa day plus overnight stay voucher is valid 7 days a week; Fri & Sat night stays require a supplementary charge of £20 per night and a supp charge of £15 for spa treatments for Fri, Sat & Sun 
• Treatments are available 9.30am - 5pm, lunch is available 11am - 4pm.
• Voucher must be booked by 29th Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted but group bookings will not be taken.
• Suitable for over 16's.
• Massages are not suitable during pregnancy until after 12 weeks, this includes hot stones, lava shells, aromatheraphy and any other massages. For those 12 weeks and under, massages can be substituted for a mini facial, full facial, manicure/pedicure, shellac hands or feet or waxing.
• If over 12 weeks pregnant, there is an option for a back, neck & shoulders massage or an Indian head massage done in a seated position. 
• Only base oil is used for the massage.
• Treatments are suitable for sufferers of cancer or those in remission; please discuss any health concerns at time of booking
• Set menu two course lunch included.
• Overnight voucher:
• Deluxe double or twin room available. Members can upgrade to a Superior room for a supplementary charge of £10 per night, a Suite/Garden room or Cedar room for £20 per night
• Multiple vouchers may be used on multiple nights.
• Stay may be extended for a supplementary charge of £59 per night, please advise when booking. 
• Sorry no pets allowed.
• Children permitted but upgrade needed for a superior room or suite to accommodate numbers, max of 2 children; upgrade charges apply, please discuss at time of booking 
• Supplementary fee of £5 for children aged 3 - 5, £15 for ages 6 - 12 and £20 for ages 13 - 16. Charges are inclusive of cot or extra bed and breakfast.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am.
• Free onsite parking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
