Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 July until Thurs 29 Sept 2016, Mon-Thur; subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 31 Aug 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on multiple nights however, stays may be extended at the hotels standard rate.
• Check in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Deluxe double room available. 
• Bottle of Prosecco will be in room on arrival and is to be consumed in room only.
• Dinner is £40pp allowance towards the a la carte menu. A sample menu can be viewed here. Dishes listed are a sample and subject to change and availability. 
• Vegetarian, gluten and wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; under 11 years old are an additional £15 per child, ages 12-16 years old are additional £30 per child which includes breakfast. Max of 2 children. Please discuss with Raemoir Hotel at time of booking.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at £20 per stay. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
