• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Mar 2018 until Thur 31 May 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 3, 4, 24, 31 Mar, 1, 6, 7, 20, 21, 28 Apr, 5, 18, 25 May 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Friday and Saturday stays in May only; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 17 May 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Bookings cannot be cancelled once made but can be amended within 72 hours of your original booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: club room £15 or executive room £30; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 and 3 include a £20 per person dinner allowance towards the Main Menu; menu is subject to change. Option 3: dinner is available on the first night only.
• Vegetarian, vegan, wheat and gluten free options are available – please advise at time of booking.
• Includes a bottle of wine to share; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Children permitted; under 12s stay free; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Small dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per night, max of 1 dog; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
