• Voucher is valid from 2nd Jan - 29th Feb 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes: 12th, 13th, 14th Feb 2016.
• Please note: weekend availability is limited and must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be booked by 5th Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Maximum of 2 vouchers can be purchased per member.
• Check in 3pm, Check out 10.30am.
• Standard double or twin rooms.
• Dinner is 3 courses on one night - view menu here. Menu is seasonal and subject to change. Supplements of up to £2 may apply on certain dishes, steak on stones requires an £8 supplement & 'Bucket of cones' is excluded; please discuss when ordering.
• Bottle of wine must be enjoyed in the room and cannot be taken to dinner – choice of White (Sams Island Chardonnay) or Red (Sams Island Shiraz) available.
• Children permitted; children are classed as those 0–12 years: supplement of £2 for every year of their age (age 2 – 12) – this includes breakfast; travel cots are provided free of charge for under 2's but if a child requires a zed bed there will be a supplement charge of £10 per bed. Maximum 2 children per room.
• Maximum of 2 vouchers can be used for consecutive night stays. Stay be extended by a night for a supplementary charge.
• Sorry, pets not permitted.
• Complimentary parking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
