• Valid Oct - Dec 2021:
• Voucher is valid from Mon 25 Oct 2021 until Sun 19 Dec 2021, 7 days;
• Excludes 20-26 Dec 2021 and Mon - Wed from 15 Nov 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 30 Nov 2021 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• Valid Jan - Mar 2022:
• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thu 29 Apr 2022, 7 days;
• Excludes 10-12 Jan, 11-15 Feb and Tue-Wed from 18 Jan - 19 Feb & 15-18 Apr 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• General
• Vouchers are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• A supplementary charge of £40per room is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Stay in a classic Glen Douglas or Loch Lomond double room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Ben Lomond room £30 or Beach House room £30; payable directly with hotel.
• Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert from the evening menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following starters: cullen skink, moules frites & pil pil prawns £2 mains: moules frites, salmon, seafood linguine £3, ribeye £6 desserts: cheese £2.50; payable directly to hotel.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Third adult permitted in an upgraded Ben Lomond or Beach House room.
• Children permitted; max 1 child. Under 10's: stay free on B&B basis and pay for other meals as taken, aged 10+: £20 per night including breakfast or £35 per night including dinner and breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Upgrade to Beach House or Ben Lomond Room required.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per night as well as an upgrade to a Ben Lomond room required (£25 supplement); payable directly to hotel; please discuss directly when booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
