Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Jan 2022 until Thu 24 Mar 2022, Mon - Thu; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
• Double rooms available. No twin rooms are available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
