Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Apr 2018 until Tue 31 Jul 2018, 7 days, 1pm – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 3 Jul 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Includes up to 2 hours use of the outdoor Swedish hot tub and private sauna.
• Treatment may not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and may not be suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with hotel.
• Includes afternoon tea with a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink. Vegetarian options available; please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
