• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 - 26 Dec 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Saturday stays and other varied supplements may apply; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 30 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. Any re-booking is at the hotel’s availability and discretion.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Club room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival.
• Leisure access can be included for a supplementary charge of £5 per room; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as ages 2 - 12 and require a supplementary charge of £25 to upgrade to a family room; payable directly to hotel. Breakfast is available for £7.50.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
