• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Fri 30 Oct 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb and 9 - 12 Apr 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive night stays.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic country king or twin room available.
• Please note: the Lady Sarah room has a bath only. The Embleton room; bathroom is accessible via a private corridor.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Max 2 children under 13 years can be accommodated in Z beds at a supplement of £20 per child including breakfast. Additional meals charged as taken.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1 includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 2 & 3 include 3 course dinner from the seasons menu; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available - please advise hotel when booking. Option 3 includes dinner on the first night only.
• Spa time is not included can be added for a supplementary charge of £20 per person for 2 hours use; payable directly to hotel. Please discuss with hotel at time of booking to avoid disappointment.
• Includes 20% off full priced spa treatments during your stay; subject to availability.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
