Small print

• Voucher is valid from 3rd July until 11th Sep 2015, subject to availability.
• Midweek break check-in is on Mon, weekend break check-in is on Fri.
• Vouchers must be booked by 8th Aug or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Check in 4pm, Check out 10pm.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted as gifts.
• Children are permitted. Max 3 children.
• No pets permitted.
• Bedrooms are two doubles.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive stays.
• Private carparks are available for free on the street. There is one private carpark per apartment.
• Gas/electricity are included.
• Cable TV is provided (no DVD player).
• No age restrictions. If a cot and high chair is required for a baby or a toddler, these can be provided at an additional cost of £20 per night, payable on check in. Please book in advance as cots and high chairs are subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your cancellation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
