• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, valid Wed - Sun; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon - Tue and 23 Dec 2019 - 3 Jan 2020, 14 - 16 Feb and 10 - 12 Apr 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £40 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 5 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Classic twin or double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £40 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1: Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 2, 3 and 4: Includes Champagne afternoon tea; can be taken on any day of the stay. Served between 12noon - 4pm. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, dairy free, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

• Max of 2 children ages 2+ can be accommodated in an upgraded Superior room for a supplementary charge of £50 plus £55 per additional bed (total for one child £105 or for 2 children £160). Includes breakfast; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Pets permitted; subject to room availability - please discuss requirements at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available on request - please discuss requirements at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
