• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days (limited availability 2 Jan – 9 Jan 2017); subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2016 – 1 Jan 2017.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon. 
• Double or twin Fairmont View room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free parking available; valet parking is available on arrival.
• Children permitted; ages 5 and under stay free, ages 6 – 18 require a supplementary charge of £30 per child per night including breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 child.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. Max of 1 pet.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
