• Voucher is valid 7 days from Mon 1 Jun 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021.
• Option 1: timeslots are 9.30am, 11.15am, 1.30pm and 3.15pm; subject to availability. 
• Options 2 & 3: timeslots are 9.30am and 1.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 23 - 26, 30 - 31 Dec 2020 and 1 - 2 Jan 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1: Duration approx 1hr 30mins. Children are aged up to 15years.
• Options 2 & 3: Duration approx 2hrs 30mins. Includes hot drinks, shortbread and a dram of whisky. Children are classed as up to 18yrs.
• Suitable for all ages; car and booster seats can be brought along. Children and babies are included in overall headcount. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
• Includes binoculars & telescope, wildlife identification sheets & fact files and hats & hand warmers if required.
• Weather appropriate clothing recommended; warm clothing, waterproofs and waterproof boots or shoes.
• Wheelchair access is not available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
