• Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Sept 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14-16 Feb and 12-13 Apr 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Aug 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person. 
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 11am.
• Deluxe double or twin available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a premier deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes £30pp dinner spend towards a set menu in the Bisque restaurant; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child aged 0-12yrs is permitted on a fold out bed at a supplementary charge of £25; payable directly to the hotel. Breakfast is included and additional meals will be charged as taken.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available. Please note there is 1 ground floor room which is not fully accessible but has a wet room and hand rails throughout.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
