• Voucher is valid from Sat 26 Oct 2019 until Mon 23 Dec 2019, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 7 - 8, 14 - 15, 22, 30 Nov and 7 Dec 2019.
• £30 supplement is required per room, per night for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to the hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• King, queen or twin Eden room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Old Course room - £50, Old Course suite - £150; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 3 courses from the market menu in Sands restaurant; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, dairy, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes complimentary spa access from 7am - 10am and 7pm - 9pm. A charge of £40 pp applies for access between 10am-7pm; please arrange with hotel directly. 
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 3 – 15 yrs and can be accommodated in a suite for £45 per child including breakfast.  Supplement of £150 is also required for room upgrade. 
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
