Small print

• Option 1 voucher is valid from Fri 17th Feb until Fri 28 Apr 2017; 3 night weekend check-in Friday, check-out Monday; subject to availability.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Mon 13th Feb until Mon 24 Apr 2017; 4 night midweek check-in Monday, check-out Friday; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 6 Apr 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 4pm, check-out until 10am.  
• Two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
• Free parking available on street; one private car park per apartment.
• Includes gas and electricity, WiFi and cable TV but no dvd player.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount; up to 3 of the 4 occupants may be children. If a cot and high chair is required for a baby or a toddler, these can be provided at an additional cost of £20 per night, payable on check in. Please book in advance as cots and high chairs are subject to availability.
• Sorry, not suitable for the less mobile due to the number of stairs.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
