• Options 1 & 2 voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun – Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays.
• Options 3 & 4 voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• All options exclude 14 Dec 2019 - 5 Jan 2020 and 14 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11.30am.
• Options 1 & 3: Chic double room available.
• Options 2 & 4: Decadent double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 7 and under stay free of charge, ages 8 years or older require a supplementary charge of £50 for an extra bed, breakfast not included; for additional children a room upgrade is required. Please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• No pets permitted; guide dogs permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
