Voucher is valid from Fri 30 Mar 2018 until Wed 31 Oct 2018, 7 days, Mar, Apr & Oct 10am – 4pm (last admission), May – Sept 9.30am – 5pm (last admission); subject to availability.

Excludes 21 Apr, 8 – 14 May, 12 Aug and any festivals or events at the palace.

Advance booking not required.

Multiple purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Option 1: 2 adult tickets

Option 2: family ticket for 2 adults and up to 3 children.

Children under 4 go free, children are classed between the age of 4 – 15.

Enjoy an added 10% off in the gift shop, food shop (minimum spend of £10) and coffee shop (minimum spend of £5).

No prams permitted inside the palace due to fire safety regulations.

Wheelchair accessible; restricted access, no motorised wheelchairs allowed inside the palace due to fire safety regulations.

Dogs are permitted in the grounds only, provided they are kept on a lead.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.

Vouchers must be printed and surrendered at the ticket office beside the car park for redemption. Failure to do so may result in entry being refused.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
